Welcome to a yoga weekend where movement, rest, and time outdoors come together. Rebecca is a certified yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, as well as senior and children’s yoga, and she teaches in both English and Norwegian. Her approach is inclusive and down-to-earth, with a focus on variety, balance, and making yoga accessible to all ages and experience levels. Bring your own yoga mat or we at the hotel have a few to borrow.
