17th of May (Monday)

    Location: The side of the hotel by the station

  • 09:00-11:00 Champagne Brunch

    Location: Jøkulsalen

  • 10:00 - 16:00 Ski Parade to Hardangerjøkulen Glacier

    Join in for one of our favorite May 17th traditions! Some dressed in traditional Norwegian bunads and others in ski gear.

    There's no official starting point or organized group. Just look out for people making their way across Finsevannet, behind the hotel, from around 10:00 AM, and join in!

    The route takes you across the frozen lake and up towards Hardangerjøkulen Glacier, with beautiful mountain views along the way. A shorter trip towards Appelsinhytta takes around 3 hours round trip, while those looking for a longer adventure can continue further, depending on conditions and experience.

    Afterwards, head back to the hotel to warm up and join us for some well-deserved après-ski and music.

    Keep an eye on the skies! Voss Fallskjermklubb (Voss Skydiving Club) joins us for a special May 17th tradition, parachuting down over Finse with the Norwegian flag.
